Once the snow has melted, Morzine reinvents itself as the European mecca for the mountain biking fraternity. Opening the season at the end of June is the Pass’portes du Soleil event and throughout the peak summer months Morzine is host to mountain bikers of all levels. There are 24 ski lifts open to mountain bikers to provide uplift and access to the 650kms of marked runs ranging from easy beginner paths to highly technical and steep descents.
